Peg Huddleston
Peg has been in the real estate field since 1977 and holds the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations. She has served as chairman of the Education Committee for the New Hampshire Board of Realtors and is presently serving on the Education Committee for the White Mountain Board. In 1994, Peg was named Realtor of the Year by the White Mountain Board of Realtors, an honor bestowed each year by fellow agents. Peg lives with her husband, Brad in Chocorua Ski & Beach Club and serves as Secretary for the Association.

Lois Merrithew
Lois has 20 years of experience in real estate sales and a lifetime history of sales in other fields. A graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Lois has served on the Grievance Committee of the White Mountain Board of Realtors and is active in her church and with her large family. She and her husband, Ed, live in Tamworth after having lived in Sandwich for 28 years.

Nancy Simard
A native of Conway, Nancy has been in real estate sales for 2 years and has previous experience in the field as a member of the Conway Planning Board during the 1990’s. She has also been active in the Conway Historical Society and supports the preservation of the New Hampshire way of life.

Pete McDonald
Pete lives with his family in Chocorua Ski & Beach Club and teaches music at Ossipee Central School and the Effingham Elementary School. For many years he sold real estate in the southern part of New Hampshire with the Masiello Group, but some years ago relocated back to his roots in the Mount Washington Valley.

Phil LaRoche
Phil owns and operates his own property management company, Total Concept Property Management LLC (www.totalpropmgmt.com) , from his home in Madison. In order to add to his service, he handles rentals as well as real estate sales through Lloyd & Day Real Estate. He is a member of the Madison Planning Board where he shares his knowledge with his fellow board members. His wife, Melissa, is employed by the Mount Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce as Administrator.

Jeffrey DeMartino
Jeff DeMartino comes to us from a background in kitchen management in several restaurants in New Hampshire and Connecticut. He is also a certified driving instructor for the Red Hill Driving School. Jeff lives in Madison, but has intimate knowledge of Lake Winnipesauke from a lifelong association with the area. He comes to us with a listing for a unique old farmhouse and 2 lots of land in Tuftonboro, which will get him off to a flying start on his real estate career.
