Peg has been in the real estate field since 1977 and holds the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations. She has served as chairman of the Education Committee for the New Hampshire Board of Realtors. In 1994, Peg was named Realtor of the Year by the White Mountain Board of Realtors, an honor bestowed each year by fellow agents. Recently she was appointed to the Lands Use Committee for the Town of Tamworth. Peg lives with her husband, Brad in Chocorua Ski & Beach Club.

Lois has 25 years of experience in real estate sales and a lifetime history of sales in other fields. A graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Lois has served on the Grievance Committee of the White Mountain Board of Realtors and is active in her church and with her large family. She and her husband, Ed, live in Tamworth after having lived in Sandwich for 28 years.

Jan grew up in this area and has deep roots in the Chocorua basin, as her family has been connected to Chocorua for over 100 years. Jan’s grandfather was Legrand Cannon, Jr. author of "Look to the Mountain", a historical novel about the original settlers of the Sandwich/Tamworth area, written in her family home behind Lake Chocorua. Educated in Washington, DC and Boston, Jan spent 20 years in San Diego, California as a Realtor with Prudential Realty. In 2001 Jan, and her husband Rick, moved back to Chocorua and renewed many old ties and friendships with family and acquaintances. Jan says, "this is home and this is where we were meant to be".
